I agree, our marketing teams should be more connected with the customer business problems. The initiatives you are listing look great!

 

Some comments:

  • The Innovator’s Circle is a great tool and we should encourage FMM to help increase the SP population
  • I suggest you get Vertical Marketing (Sally Bament´s team) involved too
  • Rianne’s initiative around “Buyer´s Journey Workshops” where SP customers attend is also a great initiative to list here.
  • The Analyst Relations team can also provide periodically top of mind customer centric topics.
